REFUNDS

You can return the products you have purchased from the Salkom Cosmetic e-store within 14 days in Turkey as per the distance sales agreement. In order to use this right, the decision of withdrawal must be notified to SALKOM COSMETIC within this period of 14 days.

After the product reaches us, your return process will be initiated after the necessary inspections. If your order has not been sent to you, your order will be canceled as soon as you specify your request on Whatsapp.

The products you want to return must be sent to the address we will notify you, together with the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, and all other materials.

Products for which the original invoice has not been sent cannot be returned. After the product has been examined by our experts, the return process is initiated and after its approval, the price is returned to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if it was placed by money transfer / EFT.

It is possible to change the products within 14 days provided that the packaging is not opened and used.

The product packaging must be unopened, untested and unused.

The return of the product can only be received if the gift and all standard accessories and packaging of the product are returned undamaged and with their original packaging. There is no refund with “Right of Withdrawal” for periods exceeding 14 days after delivery. The general procedure is applied.

All kinds of cosmetics, underwear and personal care products, all kinds of software, programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, tape, etc.) refund accepted.

Within 14 days following the day your order is delivered to you, please send us your return request and product-related problem with the subject of “Returns related questions” on the contact form, the reason for your return and your order number in the “Your Message” section and return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for notifications exceeding 14 days.

After your return is approved, we will notify you of the status information about your return and refund your product price. The reflection of the payment made to your credit card or account on your statement may take 2-3 weeks on average, depending on your bank’s processes and practices. This process is a special application for each bank and SALKOM COSMETIC does not have the right to intervene in this process. You can get detailed information from your bank regarding the delay in the reflection of your return on your credit card statement.

The Consumer’s “Right of Withdrawal Without Reason” is valid only for the return of the products for which the return request has been reported within 14 days after the said purchase has been made. Returns cannot be accepted for periods exceeding 14 days. However, you can notify the products that you think are manufacturing defects and want to return them within a month following the delivery date and send them to us within 14 days. In this case, we initiate a process that determines whether the product can be returned or not by forwarding your complaint to the production department and having it examined. When the return of your product is approved, the product price and shipping costs will be refunded to your credit card or your specified bank account. When the cause of the problem you specified is determined as a usage error, your order is sent back to you as “Buyer Paid” together with the invoice as you send it to us.
